These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and RetroFill, a business operated by a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada (“RetroFill”, “we”, “us”), covering the website at retrofill.dev and the RetroFill application (together, the “Service”). By signing in with GitHub or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
9. Content and ownership
- The files and commit messages the Service generates into your repository are yours. We assign to you whatever rights we have in that generated content, and we claim no rights in your repositories.
- Custom commit messages you provide remain yours; you grant us the right to use them solely to perform the Fill.
- The Service itself — its software, design, name and marks — belongs to RetroFill. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it.
